Covid-19 Client Update

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want to assure you that Groth Law Firm, S.C. is committed to providing uninterrupted service to all of our clients. We will be limiting staff in our Wauwatosa office while state and federal advisories are in place.  Our attorneys are available by phone and email to our clients. If a doctor’s appointment or therapy session was cancelled please be sure to let us know.  Talk to your medical provider about home exercise programs and then document how often and what you are doing.  You should take this documentation with you to your next in person, telemedicine or virtual appointment.  Ask your provider to call in medications and then document that you are continuing to take the medication to get you through the current pain you are in.

Some facilities are closing and others remain open.  If you need therapy and your therapy facility is closed please reach out to your medical provider about getting a referral to facility that remains open.  Our office has a list of providers that are, as of today, remaining open and taking the appropriate precautions.

During this chaotic time please remember that it is extra important to write down what pain and problems you are going through related to your case and share it with your paralegal and attorney.  Write down how you are doing physically and be sure to share that with your medical provider.
