Who Has the Right of Way in Wisconsin Roundabouts?

There are more and more roundabouts in Wisconsin. It seems like not only are they in busy streets, but also they’re appearing in just local neighborhoods. We were in a neighborhood in West Allis just the other week, and there was a roundabout smack dab in the middle of the neighborhood. They’re everywhere.

In this roundabout situation, the red Prius, it looks like, just didn’t yield. And when you’re entering a roundabout, you gotta yield to the cars. To your left as they’re coming around. This red Prius was in a rush. Didn’t yield to the cars that were already in the roundabout, so I think the red Prius is the majority at fault.

What do you think? Do you think the other car was driving too fast?

I’d like your opinion. Let us know in the comments.

Wisconsin roundabouts aren’t optional. Yield means yield especially in winter. ❄️🚗 #GrothGetsIt
