Who’s at fault here?

Posted on

Watch the right side of your screen, a tractor trailer carrying lumber overturned, losing its load on a Pennsylvania overpass that would, would flew off and then down.

I’m shocked no one was injured in this debris slide. If you look at the video, all that, that wood, I don’t know if it’s two by fours or what flew.

20, 30, 40 feet from one highway to the next and push that car off the road. That’s crazy. I’m just stunned no one was injured. Thankfully, no one was injured. You know, who would we go after in this kind of case? It would be the car insurance or vehicle insurance for the semi and then who loaded that wood onto the semi.

It’s that person’s responsibility, right? To load that properly. So again, I’m shocked no one’s injured. I’m really glad and it’s fortunate no one was injured, but this is a case that we would need to look into to see who we can go after because there’s lots of people responsible.
