15 years here at Groth Law Firm, we have some tips for you. This is tip number four, after a crash, exchange info. Don’t share too much information about how the crash occurred. This goes back to our previous tip, but you know, make sure that you do exchange info so you can get the other person’s car insurance information.
Not only theirs, but let’s say they were driving somebody else’s car. Well, who is? The insurance for the owner of the car, you know, that’s important to know. So, make sure you do that. You’re going to take a picture with your phone. That’s probably the best deal cause you can get the claim or the policy information number on there.
Then we can open a claim for you, but make sure you exchange information. So you have their insurance information. That’s so important.
