15 years here at Groth Law Firm, we’re going to give you 15 tips. Tip number two is always document the scene. Always document what happened. If you have, for example, a crash where, you’re not sure what actually happened, but you know that a tire flew there or there’s a yaw mark in the ground over there.
Get your phone out. Everybody has one and take some pictures, take some videos of what actually happened in the scene afterwards. If you fall, for example, because a railing collapses or something like that, make sure you grab your phone and take video, take pictures of the scene after you fell, if you’re not able to see if somebody else can make sure you’re safe first, but if you can document everything, it’s really important for us to help you gather all that evidence down the line.
