Should I Take Photos or Video at the Accident Scene?

Your phone is your best witness. Use it before it’s too late. After a crash, take photos of the scene. Your phone is with you all the time, right? So use it after a crash. What I’ve often said is just turn it on video and keep it with you so it’s recording the entire time after a crash so you have that extra evidence.

Evidence is always good the more evidence. You have, the better it’s gonna be for you, the easier it’s gonna be for us in advocating for you. And it’s gonna keep everybody honest. So turn your phone on video would be great. And as soon as, you’re able, call an attorney and get that evidence to us so we can preserve it for you.
