Motorcycle crash? Stay safe and get legal help.

Reacting to this motorcycle crash, and it’s pretty clear they have the right of way, they are fully stopped as they proceed through the intersection on the green, and all the cars are proceeding. So I think it’s safe to assume that they’re all proceeding on a green, and then a car runs the red light going the other direction, hits one, two, three, eventually the white car and then slams into the motorcyclist and the motorcyclist does the right thing, you know, gets up and goes to safety off the road and, you know, sits there and is obviously pretty darn happy that he hasn’t passed away because if he was in the position where the SUV is, I don’t think we’d be watching this video or it would be a much different tenor to the video.

Again, obviously the person who ran that stoplight is at fault. It’s just a matter of what’s the claim against them. They caused damage to one, two, three, four different vehicles, probably at least four different people. Then it goes back to, do they have enough insurance to cover all those damages?

So make sure you check your policy. Your liability policy, if you’re that car, because you’ve got to pay for four vehicles, so property damage has to be enough. And then the bodily injury for four different people, at least four people. Boy, this is really scary, for a lot of different reasons. It sounds like they’re okay.

I’m certainly glad that this person was able to walk away from the accident and, lay down and hopefully isn’t as badly injured as he could have been.
