I’m not sure if I buy this one, but it says here that in Racine it’s against the law to wake someone who’s sleeping, Hey, mayor or older people out there. The people who write the laws in Racine. If that’s true, let me know. That just seems, like it would be very hard to enforce. If you’re in Racine and somebody wakes you up, you can go after them and say, Hey, you broke the law.
