Can I still make an injury claim if my license is suspended? Great question. The answer is yes. You can make an injury claim if you don’t have a license. You can make an injury claim if it’s suspended. If you are partially at fault in the crash, you can make an injury claim if you don’t have health insurance, if you don’t have car insurance, all those things really don’t matter to me when it comes to whether you have a claim that you can make against an at fault party. I don’t care what the police ticketed you for to some extent because we’re going to make a claim against the other party and ultimately a police report itself is not admissible in evidence. What we want to know is what happened in the crash and are you at fault or are they at fault?
As long as they are at fault we can help you.
