Butter / Margarine Laws ?

Posted on

In Wisconsin, margarine can’t be used instead of butter unless a customer requests it. So if you’re at a restaurant and they give you margarine, that’s against the law. You have to specifically request margarine. You have to be presented with butter first. That’s my understanding. Hey, welcome to butter margarine laws in Wisconsin.
