Back to school time. You sign the forms, but do you know what’s in ’em? When you’re sending your child back to school, make sure that you know what you actually signed. There’s probably an injury policy, which just simply says that you give the right to somebody to pick up your child from school and take them to a hospital or have an ambulance, take them to a hospital. So know who that is. If things have changed over the summer, make sure that you’re writing down and editing, changing the form so they’re up to date and accurate. Also, ask the school for their bullying, reporting, policy. What’s the scoop? What are they doing to make sure that your child is non bullied at school?
Do they have a policy in place? If they gave it to you last year, see if it’s been edited, changed, ask for it so you can read it over and truly understand what you are doing and what you’re sending your child off to at your school. Stay safe, let’s make this the best school year ever. We’re gonna have a lot of videos about school safety in the upcoming weeks and months, but I hope that you’ll return and it gets some more information about keeping your child safe.
