The motorist lost control of the SUV and drove off a highway behind and above the home. No one was home when it happened, police told WXOW, and the station reports the driver is hospitalized with unknown injuries.
Thankfully no one was home, so no one was injured in the home. Man, basically there’s negligence, right?
You don’t do that without negligence. How do you get paid from the at fault driver? Well, the at fault driver’s car insurance is going to pay for the damage to the home. But, I don’t know if there’s going to be enough coverage there, because then you’d have to use your own homeowner’s insurance.
