My most memorable case would be a case involving a woman who sustained multiple fractures to her body as a result of being forced out of a Trolley in downtown Milwaukee. The reason why it was the most memorable is because I built a good relationship with the woman. She was an elderly woman and I needed to hold her hand kind of through the process, so I gave her, you know pretty much bi-weekly updates and she really appreciated that and we got a really good settlement for her and she when she came into the office. She gave me a big hug because she was so happy with the process and how I handled her case.
