Okay, who’s at fault? Well, in Wisconsin this would be a comparative fault kind of situation. I think it’s a little bit from the R8 and it’s from the Audi, and it’s a little bit for that silver SUV. I don’t understand why everybody’s looking at the R8, unless it’s Robert Downey Junior.
Ironman is driving it, so that’s why they’re all impressed by this Audi driving down the road. It appears to me the Audi should be able to see the SUV stops in front of them. So why did the Audi driving so slow run right into ’em? Into the SUV? So that’s column A, column B for the SUV. Obviously he’s in a rush or she’s in a rush and they’re passing when there’s all kinds of cars, people are all around.
So that’s, I believe it’s negligence in how they passed, and I don’t know why they were such in a rush. So that’s negligence on, on them for passing around and then stopping short and really having the R8. Hit them. ’cause the R8 had nowhere else to go. But why didn’t the Audi see that? SUV? So I don’t know who’s at fault.
I think it’s a combination of Audi and SUV. What’s the split? Let us know your thoughts. Do you think it’s 50 50, 60 40, 90 10? Let us know what you think the liability split would be if you were on a jury and you were gonna decide who’s ultimately responsible to pay for this crash.
