Too many friends in one ride. I call that distracted driving. Make sure that everybody that’s in the vehicle has a seatbelt, that they’re not distracting you as the driver if you’re distracted. I don’t care how it happens. You’re the one responsible for any damage you caused. If you caused a crash, you’re the one on the hook.
So make sure as the driver, you keep your passengers in control and that they’re not distracting you so you can drive safely.
👉As the driver, you’re legally responsible—even if your passengers are the distraction.
Don’t risk it. Stay focused and stay safe.
