Why do people have to be jerks? I don’t understand. The white car’s turning right and then just stops. It doesn’t make any sense. Why would you do that when you know there’s a high probability that somebody’s going to smash into your vehicle? Just go. Just spread a little kindness in the world. There’s enough jerkiness out there.
I don’t understand it. That’s not the way that I try to live. But hey, this is why we have work to do here at Groth Law Firm because there’s people like this who would rather be jerks than to just do the right thing. So, obviously, the car that went and stopped and caused the accident are the cause of the crash and they’re the ones that need to pay the damages.
