Something we see really frequently nowadays and in the past few months, especially our ceiling collapses where someone’s in their apartment complex and it’s maybe two, three, four story apartment. And then maybe the top floor or third floor as a leak. And it’s been leaking and leaking and the landlord doesn’t doing anything.
And then the, the unit on the second floor, the entire ceiling collapses on top of that family. We’ve had that a number of occasions recently. I can’t imagine how scary that is to be sitting there at your dinner table and just have the ceiling collapse. We have other claims where we have ice and snow they didn’t maintain walkways and things like that. There are a lot of different instances that you can make a claim against the landlord.
