Okay. What’s my reaction to this video? You can kind of hear it in my, in my speaker here. If you look at this thing, that white car just didn’t look over their shoulder, the rear view mirror to see that there was somebody coming in that right lane. I think the white vehicle is responsible mostly for this.
My only concern is. The person who has the dash cam, were they going too fast for conditions? Because when you’re driving and you see that traffic is gonna backed up, you have to acknowledge that and adjust your speed, adjust your travel so you’re driving safe under the conditions of a heavy traffic road.
So that would be my concern in Wisconsin. That’s probably comparative fault between these two vehicles. That’s my opinion. What do you think, what do you think the, the split would be? 90/10, 80/20, 40 /60. Let us know.
